The entire solution process depends on the problem; the best and suitable solution can only be suggested if the problem is precisely and carefully identified. While recognising and understanding the problem, we went through the following processes:

Discussing with stakeholders helps to understand their vision, operation processes, operation conflicts and key areas where they’re experiencing the issue to provide solutions accordingly. A precise understanding of the problem always supports providing a better solution.

Business Processes

A better business process leads to business success and achieving business goals smoothly. Understanding the business processes helps to get into the core of the problem and closely understand the cause of the problem.

SOPs

Understanding Emami’s SOPs helped us avoid any inconsistencies in its protocols while providing the services. SOPs are the pilgrim of the smooth system and operation and reduce the probability of human errors.

Understanding all the effective and working software processes support to find which software needs to be optimised to improve the operation and which software needs to be customised and built to better regulate the functionality and operation.

Understanding the limitations of systems or software they’re using, and their business operations helped us find the gap between their business operation, functional software, and the issue they’re facing. Requirement Gathering

Requirement gathering helps to understand the client’s needs and expectations and satisfying them with personalised solutions. Aligning the solution with the expectations is important to keep the client satisfied, and this could be only possible when we’ve precise requirements. After all the investigation and analysis, we addressed the issue and offered our own developed product ‘TraceX’, which is a smart tag management system. Because of flaws in its present system, Emami was experiencing issues in Material Management, Inventory & Warehousing Management Systems. ‘TraceX’ handled these issues and reduced losses in materials, manage inventories and established smooth communication within warehouses. They needed a proper consultation and solution architecture for the flawless operation.

Consultation

We managed one-to-one meetings with their project manager and provided consultation and guidance for every minor thing related to the business operation and issue they’re facing in the process. With our expertise in IT solutions and advanced automation, we advised them what things could be automated to enhance their business processes and operation, including material, inventory and warehousing management.

Solution Architecture

Our solution architects designed the complete solution structure for their business operation and process and how automation will work, including the process flow diagram of inventory and warehousing management and biometric system. They created 2-3 mockups for the client to finalise the best suitable one.
After a thorough consultation and multiple mockups, Emami finalised the best-fitted solution architecture and implemented it to their business operation processes. We did intermediary development for them. Now their centre is working smoothly and efficiently with no flaws in it, and they’re satisfied with the services provided by the JMDS.
