Once approved and the service agreement confirmed, the following things were implemented for the client:
- JMDS provided UI/UX designer for customer portal design requirements to the client on a need basis.
Provided priority server support team for managing the hosted domain(s). - JMDS maintains their AWS account, instance security policies, and technology upgrades when required.
- Provided support for third-party APIs and certificates like SSL, SMS Gateways, Payment Gateways etc., subject to their dependencies on the Linux platform.
- Provided resource provision of a designated Sr. Magento Developer team with add on the Magento developers’ team to manage, maintain, and extend the client domain’s functionalities.
