• Enterprise Software & Intelligent Workflows: Bespoke workflow software, internal operational backbones, talent intelligence architectures, document environments, and applied AI integration within governed operational boundaries.
• Cloud, DevOps & Managed Technology: Runtime governance, cloud architecture, continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, monitoring, disaster recovery, and long-term continuity management.

Precedence of Master Service Agreements (MSAs): These website terms govern general access and use of our public digital assets. All professional engagements, client software engineering projects, managed infrastructure deployments, service level agreements (SLAs), and pricing schedules are governed exclusively by executed MSAs, SOWs, and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). In the event of any conflict between these website Terms and an executed MSA, the executed MSA shall strictly prevail.

4. Permitted & Acceptable Use

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the website and its content for informational, professional evaluation, and legitimate B2B engagement purposes.

You agree to:

• Use the website in full accordance with all applicable domestic and international laws and regulations.

• System Interference & Cyberattacks: Introducing viruses, Trojans, worms, ransomware, or other malicious code; conducting denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks; or interfering with server performance.
• Security Probing & Reverse Engineering: Scanning, vulnerability probing, penetration testing our infrastructure without prior written authorization, or reverse engineering any compiled client demonstrations or proprietary libraries.
• Model Distillation & Prompt Exploits: Attempting prompt injection, model extraction, or unauthorized data scraping from interactive demos or applied AI interfaces.
• Misrepresentation & Spam: Impersonating another person or corporate entity, misrepresenting affiliations with JMDS, or transmitting unsolicited promotional communications (spam).

Violations of system security may result in civil and criminal prosecution under the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Indian Penal Code (or Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita), and relevant global cybersecurity laws.

6. Applied AI & Intelligent Workflows

As part of our software engineering capability, JMDS designs and deploys governed enterprise intelligence architectures. Regarding our systems and website:

• Zero Unauthorized Public Model Training: Any operational data, confidential client specifications, or information submitted to JMDS is strictly confidential and is never used to train public commercial foundation models (such as third-party LLMs) without explicit written authorization.
• Deterministic & Human-in-the-Loop Governance: Automated workflows and AI-assisted analytics generated through our enterprise platforms are designed to provide operational visibility and recommendations. Final decision-making authority remains with designated human operators.
• Informational Outputs: Any automated demonstrations, previews, or estimations provided on the website are for illustrative purposes and do not represent binding contractual warranties.

7. Intellectual Property & Proprietary Rights

We adhere to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and applicable statutory data security frameworks.

9. Account Security & Access Credentials

Where you are granted access credentials (e.g., staging environments, client project dashboards, or support portals):

• You must treat all usernames, passwords, API tokens, and access links as strictly confidential.
• You are solely responsible for all activities occurring under your credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately at studio@joshmachines.com if you detect or suspect any unauthorized access, credential leakage, or security breach.
• We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access credentials immediately upon detecting suspicious activity.
